Accessibility Statement
We are not going to tell you this site is fully accessible, because we have not had it independently audited and we would rather say what is actually true.
RedHen Labs is built and maintained by a small team. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not been formally assessed against them, so we do not claim conformance. What follows is what we measured in our own code, including the parts that fall short.
What is in place today
- Every image on the site carries alternative text.
- Pages use semantic landmarks — headings, navigation, main and footer regions — so screen readers can skip between sections rather than reading everything in order.
- Interactive components use ARIA roles and labels where a plain HTML element could not describe them on its own.
- Animation respects the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
- Form fields are labelled, and error messages say what went wrong rather than only marking a field red.
- The interface is usable at higher browser zoom levels and reflows on small screens.
Known gaps
These are real and we would rather you heard them from us. Both were found by auditing our own code on 6 September 2026.
- Keyboard focus is not always visible. If you navigate by keyboard, there are places where you cannot easily see which control you are on. A small number of components also suppress the browser’s default focus outline without replacing it.
- Some clickable elements are not reachable by keyboard. Parts of the application — the campaign setup flow most of all — use clickable regions that are not buttons and cannot be reached with the Tab key or activated with Enter.
- No independent audit. Our testing is internal, plus assistive technology spot checks. We have not commissioned a third-party assessment.
- Colour contrast is unverified in places. We have not measured every text and background pairing against the 4.5:1 ratio, particularly in charts and status badges.
Reporting a barrier
If something stops you using RedHen Labs, tell us and we will treat it as a defect, not a feature request. Email support@rrw-ads.com with the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days. If a barrier blocks you from something your subscription pays for and we cannot fix it quickly, tell us and we will find another way to get you the result — including doing it for you.
Third-party content
Some of what you see comes from Amazon’s systems — product titles, images and listing data — and from our payment provider’s hosted checkout. We do not control the accessibility of those, though we will help you work around them.
Why this page is written this way
Elsewhere on this site we argue that a system which cannot tell you what it is doing should not be trusted with your money. It would be inconsistent to then publish a confident accessibility claim we have not measured. So this page lists what we checked, what passed, and what did not. When the gaps above are closed, this page will say so and the date will change.
