Data Deletion
You can delete your RedHen Labs account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what is deleted, how to request it, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Log into your RedHen Labs account, go to Settings → Account, and select “Delete My Account.” This initiates immediate deletion of all your data. We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.
What gets deleted
- Your account information (name, email, preferences)
- All Amazon Advertising API data synced to your account
- All Amazon SP-API data (orders, FBA fees, catalog, review solicitation history)
- Automation rules and configurations (advertising and review request settings)
- Historical performance data, P&L calculations, and reports
- API tokens and authorization credentials for both the Ads API and SP-API
- Usage logs associated with your account
Timeline
- Immediately: all API tokens (Ads API and SP-API) are invalidated and Amazon access is revoked.
- Within 24–48 hours: all advertising data, order data, fee data, solicitation history, configurations and reports are permanently deleted from our primary database.
- Within 30 days: data is removed from backups, which cycle out naturally.
Deleting only your Amazon connection
If you want to revoke Amazon access without closing your account, go to Settings → Amazon Connection → Disconnect. Disconnecting the Ads API revokes advertising access and deletes all synced ad data; disconnecting the SP-API revokes seller access and deletes all synced order, fee, catalog and solicitation data. Each API can be disconnected independently — disconnecting one does not affect the other.
