Why we don't charge more
We could charge more. We don't, and it isn't because this is a lighter product — it's because it's a focused one. We built the things an Amazon seller actually touches every week and left out the twenty modules that pad a suite. A focused product costs less to build and less to run, so it can cost less to buy.
The other reason is simpler. By the time a seller has paid referral fees, fulfillment, storage, returns, and advertising, a lot of hands have already been in the till — and then an agency wants a percentage of sales and a tool wants a percentage of spend. The person who designed the product, paid for the inventory, and carries every bit of the risk ends up with the thinnest slice of it. We decided not to be one more toll on that road. $129 is a number we can hold at any account size, which means growing your business never costs you more to keep using ours.
